Do Now: Go to "CER Post-Its #11." Take out a post-it (or get one from me) and write a post-it about a theme in "Seventh Grade." Remember, a theme cannot be one word and it MUST be universal. For example: True friendship can overcome anything. Also, a claim must be arguable. Don't forget to include evidence in the form of a quotation with citations, and reasoning.
